Meet OUr Executive Chef
My journey into the Culinary Arts began at the age of 15 as a dishwasher closely watching and admiring the work of the Executive Chef. My life changed when the Chef took me under his wing and helped me recognize and develop my skills in the kitchen. With his amazing mentorship, I was soon on my way to become the Chef de Cuisine at his restaurant.
Now, 20 years later as the Executive Chef at TEN 3, my dream of creating the finest culinary delights has become a reality. As Executive Chef, my daily inspiration begins with choosing the finest ingredients and transforming a traditional dish into one that will truly excite the pallet.
I have worked to develop a menu that is both approachable and memorable to everyone who dines with us while maintaining a culinary style that is uniquely my own. My passion is to create a dining experience that will leave a lingering taste for all our guests and a memory that will keep you coming back.
