Inspired by early experiences on his grandmother’s Nebraska farm, Chef J. Steve Brockman has spent more than 30 years creating honest, innovative, and craveable dishes that reflect his belief in the experience and responsibility of cooking. During his time in New Mexico, Chef Brockman spent five years at Santa Fe’s Rancho Encantado Resort and Hotel Loretto. Brockman brings a blend of classical training and international experience with a passion for regional cuisine rooted in simplicity.
Under Chef J. Steve Brockman’s direction, Ten 3 is poised to join the area’s distinct, burgeoning culinary landscape. Our menu features International, Mediterranean, New Mexican, and American dishes, all thoughtfully and responsibly prepared from scratch, emphasizing the unique flavors of the region, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We strive for straightforward beauty in every dish with the hopes that each bite will create moments of communal joy you’ll want to return to time and time again.
Emerging from the crest of Sandia Peak a majestic 10,300 feet above sea level, Ten 3 is America’s most breathtaking new dining experience. Modern and elegant, the building features an upscale dining room with panoramic western views of the Rio Grande Valley and city sparkling below. Meanwhile, the east-facing bar and dining area offers a more casual setting with picturesque views of the ski area against a backdrop of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains and Santa Fe in the distance.
