Executive Chef
Dennis Escovedo, from Taos, New Mexico, brings with him a passion to infuse New Mexican-inspired comfort dishes with a splash of elegance, color, and dynamic flavor that will excite your palate and elevate your expectations.
A proud native of New Mexico, his passion for cooking began as a student at Taos High in Culinary class lead by Benjie Apodaca, alongside the experiences of his grandmother’s catering venture. “Bringing joy to people through food has always been my calling,” attributing his culinary passion to youthful memories.
Embracing dedication to his skills in the kitchen, Escovedo acknowledges that the guidance of industry leaders and the invaluable lessons from culinary schooling have brought him to where he is today. Notably, his time under the renowned chef, Marc Quinones. He has evolved his skills in other beautiful restaurant establishments of New Mexico such as Mas Tapas y Vino and Bien Shur, as well as the esteemed 2120 Restaurant in downtown Seattle.
